I wish I had a better experience with action plumbing, heating, air & and electric. I had them install my water heater, and I got a free membership for a year. The installation of the water heater was great, but they forgot to install the earthquake straps at first and then came back and installed the earthquake straps incorrectly. They are still incorrect, and I haven't heard back, 6 months later. I sure hope they will come back in the spring to drain the tank and install them correctly. Next. I thought I'd use the benefits of the membership and get inspections on my AC / Furnace and my electrical. That didnât end well at all....... The electrical inspector made a very bad mistake and arc'ed the bus bar which melted a whole in the bus bar and the melted the negative bar. A month later, I started having problems with the master bedroom electrical and had to hire another electrical company to fix the no power in room issue, which cost money that I should not have had to pay. I am still not satisfied with the burnt marks on the panel. This issue was semi fixed but still won't pass a home inspection.

If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT EVER HIRE ACTION FOR ANY WORK!!! I have had a terrible experience with Action. They have been dishonest, misleading and have outright lied about my project. They created a hazardous work environment, have not finished my job and have not been willing to work with me on it. They insisted that I needed to repair a 'belly' in my sewer line that I know now probably didn't really need to be fixed...but I thought they were being truthful when they said it was serious and needed fixed. So I agreed to pay for the very expensive repair. When the crew got there they dug a hole that was about 8 feet deep and less that 2 feet wide. They put their crew in the hole with no shoring, putting them and my property at risk. If there had been a collapse I would be held liable. It got dark and they couldn't finish so they quickly tried to make the hole wider (causing a partial collapse) and threw up some makeshift shoring to cover up what they'd done. Long story short...I still have a hole in my yard...I still have a belly in my line (as it was not fixed right) and nobody will get in the hole to finish the job because it's unsafe. Action claims the job is done and passed inspection...I have a copy of the city inspection report that says it did not pass. They want me to pay full price for a job that is not complete...don't fall for their fraudulent sales tactics! They are not truthful and try to talk you into repairs you simply do not need. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! DO NOT accept their annual membership and do not trust them to be honest with the repairs you need.

Jake and Kuli did an amazing job with my sink. Iâve had two other plumbers come in and try to fix the situation and it couldnât be done but then they used the Hydro pressure washer for my drain pipes and within minutes my whole problem flushed with the water down the drain. They were kind, respectful, Informative about all the things they were doing. They treated my home with respect and kept it clean, and I would recommend for these two specifically to come to your home. Amazing work!!!

Aaron from Action Heating and Plumbing came out to inspect our leaking shower. He was extremely upfront and honest about the situation. He first attempted a small fix, but unfortunately, it didnât solve the issue. He determined that the full valve needed to be replaced, which was outside our budget at the time. Aaron took the time to explain our options and even provided financing solutions. We ultimately decided to save up for the repair, but we truly appreciated his transparency and professionalismâno sales pressure, just honest advice. When weâre ready to move forward, we will definitely be calling Action Heating and Plumbing. Highly recommend their service!

I recently had a disappointing and frustrating experience with Action Plumbing, and I cannot in good faith recommend their services. Hereâs why: 1. On 10/24/2024, as I was preparing to leave for work, I felt water dripping on my head. Looking up, I saw water seeping from our kitchen ceiling fan, which is located directly below our master bathroom shower. I quickly called Action, as the first result on Google, and appreciated that they could come out the same day to diagnose (and hopefully repair) the issue. However, the service I received was far from what I expected. 2. From the start, it felt like the technician, Aaron, was more focused on selling me a remodel than genuinely diagnosing and fixing the leak. He spent minimal time trying to identify the leakâs source and instead told irrelevant stories about other clients. When I asked questions about the leak, I kept getting confusing, drawn-out responses that often started with âwell, long story shortâ and didnât actually explain much. It took hours for him to give even a rough estimate, as he seemed to avoid any clear answer until he had spoken with managers about additional, unnecessary work. 3. Aaron misdiagnosed the problem as a leaking shower floor pan, which was not the issue at all. Although some grout was worn between the tiles, both the shower pan, and drain are functioning correctly. He insisted there were multiple leaks under the shower floor and warned of potential moisture damage, rot, and mold. After he left, I found the real issue myself: a loose pipe connection between the shower valve and showerhead, which caused water to leak down into the ceiling of my kitchen. It was only leaking in one spot! I confirmed this by running water through the showerhead into our separate tub (so no water touched the shower floor) and saw that the leak continued. I then cut into the wall behind the shower (above the washer) to access the supply pipe and located the leak. It was a straightforward repair that could have saved significant time and potential expense. 4. I was given two quotes: a) $8,500 for a "major repair" that would have done nothing to address the actual leak. This quote was solely to tear out the shower floor down to the subfloor, replace the shower pan, and retile. An absurd price for such a minor job, and it wouldnât have fixed the real issue. b) $15,700 for a complete shower demo and rebuildâcompletely unnecessary. Both quotes felt like attempts to leverage my anxiety about the leak into costly, unnecessary work. Furthermore, I was told it would take 30-40 days to complete because they only have one tile installer who is extremely busy. 5. Most of the visit was wasted with Aaron waiting on callbacks, discussing remodel options I never requested, and explaining why doing a full remodel would be better as it would be difficult to find matching tile (even with the âmajor repairâ option. I wasnât looking for a remodel; I just wanted the leak fixed. This experience felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of me as a concerned homeowner, leaving me frustrated and disappointed (and still with a leak!). I will be sharing this experience widely and strongly caution others against engaging their services.

We are very grateful to Action Plumbing! They were available when we had an emergency. We called them last night and they were here this morning at 9:30 am. We didn't have to wait a week like with their competitors. Chris and Kuli worked so hard. They ran for parts, secured a place in our attic to make it safer for them to work, and worked so very hard on our drains until everything was draining appropriately. Thank you! Chris and Kuli were very respectful and personable. Thank you for coming out to take care of a very dirty job! We are grateful you had the tools to fix things and willing to do so!

I changed my review... This is my second one. Aaron and Troy were awesome, quick and honest. And what I like most is neither of them try to shove sales or reviews down my throat. They simply notified me of my problems and potential hazards/code requirements but not ONCE tried to pressure me to buy the service or parts. I really appreciate that and believe that is the way it should be handled. I even had to ask Troy if I could write a review. He never asked. I'm %100 requesting either of them for my repair needs in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised with how fast they got someone to my house. I called other places and they all wanted me to wait until the next day. Dylan showed up at our door and was very knowledgeable and helpful with our questions. He quickly and efficiently performed his job and took time to make sure we were happy with the outcome. Then Mike came and we watched as he ran a camera through our line to see if we had any issues going on. Definitely a company that I would reach out to again.
